The spring is disposed in an annular space between a radial outer surface of a second valve body portion and a radial inner surface of a valve chamber, one axial side of the spring is in contact with a bottom surface of the valve chamber, the other axial side is in contact with a first valve body portion extending radially from an outer surface of the second valve body portion, and the spring urges the valve body toward the other axial side.
