Abstract: In an individual health information system of the present invention, health information such as a medical record and medication information of a patient is recorded in an information communication terminal constituted by a smartphone in advance, and a dedicated application is activated. After the patient is transported in an ambulance, when a medical professional such as a paramedic causes the dedicated application to operate by calling with a voice or applying an activation signal from an information processing device through Bluetooth (registered trademark), the health information is mirrored to the information processing device through Bluetooth (registered trademark), and necessary information can be retrieved by a remote operation as appropriate.

Abstract: The present invention provides an individual health information aggregation system for aggregating and managing health information such as medical records and test results of examinees spanning a plurality of medical institutions in an aggregation server of a management center in association with identification information (patient number) unique to each examinee, and enabling treatment and administration of medication to be appropriately carried out as a result of the examinee or a family member or a person connected with a medical institution viewing the heath information as appropriate. Inside of an ambulance, when the examinee is transported in an emergency situation, the system downloads and displays the health information on a screen as a result of a medical professional obtaining the identification information (patient number), and transmitting the identification information to the management center together with his or her own ID and password.
