  • Patent number: 7899824
Abstract: A cluster extractor extracts a plurality of clusters based on communication records between communication terminals. A clustering coefficient calculator, an average path length calculator, and a degree distribution calculator calculate a clustering coefficient, an average path length in an advertisement distribution target cluster, and a degree distribution, respectively, based on communication records between communication terminals belonging to an advertisement distribution target cluster. • Patent number: 7768912
Abstract: To abolish grouping and realize a regulation of the whole terminal at a high accuracy in accordance with an optional regulation rate. A communication regulation state change instruction is output from the timer generator means 23 at a cycle corresponding to the regulation unit time communicated from a radio base-station apparatus 1 to a radio communication terminal unit 2. When the communication regulation state change instruction is output, a communication regulation state is determined in accordance with a result of comparison of the random number generated by the random-number generating means 25 with a predetermined regulation rate. A communication of the radio communication terminal unit is regulated in accordance with the determination. Thus, it is possible to autonomously determine whether the present state is a regulation state in accordance with the clock value of a timer by the terminal unit and change operation states.

  • Publication number: 20090265344
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a document processing device and document processing method that can provide a search result satisfactory to a user with respect to WWW documents in which a number of links among WWW documents is low and a number of accesses by users is low. An access pattern collection unit 101 generates an access user vector uj of one WWW document Dj and an access user vector uje of another document Dje. A user similarity computing unit 105 computes a document similarity sim (uj, uje) which indicates a user similarity between the WWW document Dj and WWW document Dje. A keyword vector smoothing unit 106 acquires a smoothed keyword weight vector w?j by correcting a keyword weight vector wj in one document, using the computed document similarity sim (uj, uje). An rearranging unit 110 calculates an evaluation value B_SCORE for input information for searching, based on the smoothed keyword weight vector w?j.

  • Publication number: 20070041401
Abstract: A priority control system 10 is comprised of a priority control server 12, a base station 14, and a terminal 16. The priority control server 12 is provided with a priority issue history storage 18, a priority control determiner 20, a scheduler 22, and a priority transmitter 24. The priority control determiner 20 receives a connection request containing a priority from the base station 14 and determines whether a priority is to be issued for the terminal 16, and whether priority control is to be carried out. The scheduler 22 determines a priority control time slot for priority control on the basis of a request from the priority control determiner 20. The priority transmitter 24 transmits the priority. A restriction controller 28 of the base station 14 performs the priority control at a restriction rate lower than usual, based on a request from the priority control determiner 20. This reduces loads on the communication system and decreases the number of call requests.
