When one of the first and second racks is moved from a reference position, the lock members locks the movement of the other rack. An intermediate gear is arranged between the first and second racks. An interlocking member is connected to the intermediate gear. When one rack is moved, the intermediate gear is moved in the same direction as the moved rack.
