The plate includes an MP portion through hole and a rear edge having a shape extending gradually frontward in the foot length direction, toward a medial foot side. The midsole body includes a reinforced region overlapping the plate in the thickness direction and being reinforced by the plate, and a non-overlapping region that is formed to be located adjacent to at least one of a medial foot side and a lateral foot side of the reinforced region in the foot width direction, and does not overlap the plate in the thickness direction.
