  • Patent number: 10226867
Abstract: A robot capable of substituting a plurality of parameter candidates in a point by a single-kind instruction sequence in accordance with the point is provided. A robot stores a main program, a sub program referred when the main program is executed, and a plurality of parameters. The sub program contains an instruction sequence containing a variable, and defines control details. The parameters are substitution candidates for the single kind of variable. The parameter to be substituted in the single kind of variable is determined, and one of the memory areas where the parameter is stored is interlinked with the variable in accordance with a determination result.

  • Patent number: 9718186
Abstract: A robot includes a work tool that performs a work to a work point, and a moving unit that moves the work tool and changes the posture thereof. A console receives an operation to designate the coordinates of arbitrary two or three points on an inclined surface. Upon this operation, a processor calculates a direction of the work tool toward the work point from a work start point based on the coordinates of the arbitrary two or three points, next, a control unit moves the work tool to the work start point, directs the posture of the work tool toward the work point in accordance with the calculation by the processor, and causes the work tool to start a process to the work point.

  • Publication number: 20090318814
Abstract: The present invention is a method and an apparatus for examination/diagnosis of lifestyle related disease, wherein the test sample from a human or other animal subject is irradiated with light having a wavelength region of a region of 400 nm-2,500 nm or a part of the region, of which the reflection light, the transmission light, or the transmission reflection light is then detected to give spectroscopic data of absorbance, and afterward a previously prepared analysis model is used to execute an analysis of the absorbance at the whole or specific wavelength used for the measurement.

  • Patent number: 5471104
Abstract: A drum motor for a VCR includes radial and thrust hydrodynamic bearings that are composed of a rotor-side bearing member formed by bringing a pair of first and second thrust plates into direct contact with both end surfaces of a radial bearing element and integrating them into one unit, and a stator-side bearing member in the form of a radial sleeve the inner peripheral surface and both end surfaces of which respectively cooperate with the outer peripheral surface of the radial bearing element and the mutually facing surfaces of the first and second thrust plates. A rotor magnet is secured to a rotating shaft. A motor casing is secured to the outer peripheral surface of the radial sleeve. A stator unit is secured to the motor casing. A dynamic pressure generating groove is provided on either each end surface of the radial sleeve or each of the mutually facing surfaces of the first and second thrust plates.

  • Patent number: 5224782
Abstract: A hydrodynamic bearing for a spindle motor used in an environment of high degree of cleanness. A sliding surface of the hydrodynamic bearing is formed of a ceramic material with a surface roughness Ra not larger than 0.3 microns, and this sliding surface is coated thinly with at least one lubricant selected from among perfluoropolyethers having a functional group reactive with the ceramic material, thereby providing on the sliding surface a uniform thin film with a thickness in the range of from 20 to 100 angstrom and having protecting and lubricating functions. The lubricant is selected from among hydroxyl group-containing perfluoropolyethers, carboxyl group-containing perfluoropolyethers, and ester group-containing. The lubricant contains an antistatic agent.
