Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes: a plurality of trays in which sheets are set; a printer; and a hardware processor that determines a first tray, which is one tray of the plurality of trays, in preference to a second tray, which is another tray of the plurality of trays, among the plurality of trays as a feed source tray feeding the sheets to the printer in a state where first sheets of which types are determined are set in the first tray as the sheets, second sheets of which types are not determined are set in the second tray as the sheets, and both the first and second sheets are capable of satisfying a condition allowing an image to be printed.

Abstract: The management server includes a policy storage that stores a security policy, and a first hardware processor that, in response to reception of a preparation completion notification from each of all of two or more information processing apparatuses, outputs an update instruction to each of the two or more information processing apparatuses. Abstract: An image processing apparatus containing a web server is provided. The image processing apparatus regularly notifies a web browser of an operation instruction. When it is determined that setting processing of a set value for an operation of the image processing apparatus is attached, whether or not there is a set value saved on the web browser is checked. When it is confirmed that there is a set value saved on the web browser, the web browser is caused to transmit the set value to the image processing apparatus. When the set value transmitted from the web browser is reflected on the image processing apparatus, the set value saved on the web browser is deleted.

Abstract: An image forming system which is comprised of a copying machine, and a sorter which has a bin assembly having a plurality of bins. In the sorter, the bin assembly is movable up and down pitch by pitch to store sheets on each bin, and stapled the stored sheets if necessary. A bin to store a first sheet and a first moving direction of the bin assembly are set in such a way that the bin assembly is stopped upward when the last process to sheets is finished.
