An ECU controls, when a difference between the temperature of the engine coolant and a first target temperature is not larger than a first predetermined value, the amount of the engine coolant to be delivered to a predetermined minimum flow rate, and controls, when the difference is larger than the first predetermined value, the amount of the engine coolant to be delivered such that it becomes larger as the difference is larger.
