  • Patent number: 6810582
Abstract: A component incorporation and liquid filling device of a liquid filled vibration isolating mount uses a relatively small liquid bath disposed above a fixedly held, upwardly facing body component, and when moved downwardly, an opening portion provided on a bottom portion thereof is assembled in a sealed state. Liquid supplied onto the bottom portion flows into the body component and is stored on the top of the bottom portion. Components are assembled to the body component in the liquid, and the liquid contained. The seal member is fitted to the opening portion by screwing means from the lower surface side. A notch for a screwing operation is provided on the upper surface of an outer circumferential body of the seal member whereby the screwing operation can be implemented from the upper surface side, thereby facilitating replacement of the seal member.

  • Publication number: 20040161488
Abstract: In an injection mold arrangement including a mold unit forming a cavity, a cold runner block and a nozzle block, a nozzle tip of the cold runner block is constructed to be brought into pressure contact with the cavity side by feed pressure of a molding material, e.g. rubber, thereby enabling it to make adjustment of the contact state virtually unnecessary, prevent leakage of the material, and facilitate the stage switching work during molding. To that end, the nozzle block is constructed so that a cylindrical piece is secured to an internal hole of a nozzle body by threading means; a nozzle piece having a gate is loose fitted inside the cylindrical piece with its lower tip protruded downwardly to be capable of advancing or receding so that the lower tip may be made into pressure contact with the perimeter of an injection port to the cavity by the feed pressure.

  • Patent number: 6662833
Abstract: An improved apparatus for conducting the operation of incorporating components and filling liquid for the assembly of a liquid-sealed vibration-proof mount by sequential steps of: depressing a liquid tank disposed above a main components body held to be faced upwardly toward it, installing an aperture at a bottom of the tank to the main body hermetically, supplying liquid onto the bottom to flow the liquid inside the main body and to store it on the bottom, incorporating a partition and other components into the main body in the liquid stored when detecting a definite liquid level with a liquid level detector tube and simultaneously sealing liquid, followed by discharging of the liquid from the bottom and removal of the liquid tank from the main body, whereby the operation can be conducted efficiently without causing error operation and suspending by use of a liquid tank having a small volume.

  • Publication number: 20030024108
Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing device for improving working property and reducing the burden of a worker in manufacture of support parts. This manufacturing device has a conveying device for intermittently conveying a main body of the support parts respectively having a bearing press-fitting portion and a bolt press-fitting hole along a predetermined conveying path while the main body is temporarily stopped every constant conveying distance. Plural holding members for holding the main body in a constant posture every constant clearance in a conveying direction of the conveying device are arranged. One stopping position of the holding members in the conveying path is set to a supply setting portion of the main body.

  • Patent number: 6421894
Abstract: The present invention provides, in assembling an anti-vibration device having an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a rubber elastic member joining them and an intermediate cylinder fitted to the outer cylinder and internally forming a liquid chamber, an assembling apparatus for caulking an end of the outer cylinder while suppressing the occurrence of buckling without causing cracks, breakage or the like. This assembling device has a press-fit device to press-fit an internal unit joined with the inner cylinder and the intermediate cylinder through a rubber elastic member to the outer cylinder within a liquid tank, a caulking device to caulk an end of the outer cylinder of an assembly completed in press-fitting, and transporting means to transport the assembly from the press fit device to the caulking device. The caulking device can perform caulking in two stages of caulking.

  • Patent number: 6420671
Abstract: The present invention can weld two parts of component metal fitting constituting the parts as a welding apparatus used in manufacturing automotive parts such as a strut mount upon positioning and laminating. Furthermore, a welded part can be easily recovered to improve the operationality of welding. This welding apparatus has support tables to support two parts of component metal fitting. The support table has thereon a positioning pin provided standing in a position corresponding to the penetration holes possessed in the both parts of component metal fitting and a lower electrode to support the two parts of component metal fitting in their joining points. In a position further above thereof, an upper electrode is provided that is held vertically movable. The positioning pin in its upper end is made in a tapered form. The pin is supported elastically pressed down by spring means. Furthermore, urging means is provided to press down the pin against the spring means separately from the upper electrode.

  • Patent number: 4569265
Abstract: A slitter for steel belt including rotary blades for slitting a belt material including steel cords and topping rubber. The rotary blades include an upper blade and a lower blade having their circumferential portions slightly overlapped and in contact with each other. Sandwiching delivery members for delivering the belt material to the blades is installed either at both sides or one side of the rotary blades in the delivery direction of the belt material so that the belt material is slit in a sandwiched condition. The sandwiching members as well as the rotary blades may be automatically adjusted in position in the transverse direction of the belt material. A freely suspended curved portion of the belt material formed between a delivering device and the slitter may be so controlled as to keep the suspended amount constant.
