  • Patent number: 7057128
Abstract: A first stationary contact (i.e., center stationary contact) has a center contact point exposed at the center on the bottom of a recess in a square-shaped switch base as viewed from the above. The first stationary contact is disposed to the bottom of the recess with its lead paths extended along one of diagonal lines of the square-shaped switch base from the center contact point toward both side edges of the switch base. Second stationary contacts (i.e., outer stationary contacts) are arranged at positions along an outer brim of the recess in a line-symmetrical manner about the one of the diagonal lines in areas opposite each other along the other diagonal line. The first stationary contact and the second stationary contacts are arranged in this manner and secured into embedment by means of insertion molding in the bottom of the recess in the switch base of an insulation resin.

  • Publication number: 20030042601
Abstract: An electronic module having a semiconductor element and filters provided on a base substrate. The filters have an impedance conversion function and are directly connected to the semiconductor element without the aid of a matching circuit. Since no matching circuit is required between the semiconductor element and the filters, the electronic module can be made smaller and signal transmission loss can be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 6078248
Abstract: In spite of small size, a rotary manipulation type variable resistor capable of preventing electromigration when used in direct-current electric field is obtained. Moreover, the process of forming the case while inserting the resistance substrate and current collector is simplified. It includes a resistance element layer disposed on a first insulating substrate, a conductive layer disposed on a second insulating substrate, and a slider having a first contact point contacting with the surface of the resistance element layer and a second contact point contacting with the surface of the conductive layer. The conductive layer is a printed layer containing conductive powder and binder, and the surface of the resistance element layer and the surface of the conductive layer are positioned mutually at a step.

  • Patent number: 6066995
Abstract: In four microstriplines disposed close such that they are coupled with each other, the left-hand end of the third microstripline serves as an input, the left-hand ends of the first and second microstriplines and the right-hand ends of the first and fourth microstriplines serve as outputs, and the right-hand end of the second microstripline and the left-hand end of the fourth microstripline are grounded.

  • Patent number: 5825279
Abstract: A rail 30, having a long groove 31 on an upper surface thereof, is disposed in a space between an upper surface of cover 28 having an elongated hole 29 and an insulating substrate 21. With this arrangement, water or the like, entering from the upper part of cover 28, falls directly or via a groove 27a formed on an upper surface of a slider 25 and is settled or accumulated in long groove 31 of rail 30. Excellent dust-protective and waterproofing effects are obtained. Furthermore, these entering substances are drained via long groove 31 of rail 30, preventing them from spraying out to uncertain places.

  • Patent number: 4307686
Abstract: Two vacuum chambers at the same under-atmospheric pressure produced by connection to the engine intake are provided within a common casing, and intermediate space in the casing at atmospheric pressure. The membrane of one of the vacuum chambers is connected to a flanged sleeve and the control rod which actuates the distributor timing shift is permitted to move over a limited range without coming into driving contact with either flange of the sleeve, while it is always driven by the membrane of the other vacuum chamber, to which it is affixed. Stops, including an apertured partition in the casing of one of them, and springs are provided to produce the limits and slopes of the portions of the shift characteristic that make up the composite characteristic of the device. A bellows is provided where necessary to complete the vacuum chamber system.

  • Patent number: 4183230
Abstract: A pair of centrifugal governor are combined in an unit for providing a compound spark advance characteristics.A second advance cam and a pair of weights are placed above a first advance cam and a pair of weights. All weight support pins and additional pair of spring support pins extend from the second advance cam so that all the governor springs for the both centrifugal governors are disposed on the second cam plate to connect the weight support pins and spring support pins, thereby connecting the cam and weights. As a result, a compact and easily adjustable centrifugal governor unit is obtained.
