Also, the present invention relates to a cell proliferation inhibitor, comprising a monoclonal antibody having an inhibitory activity of intracellular uptake of neutral amino acids or an antibody fragment thereof as an active ingredient and promoting intracellular oxidative stress. Further, the present invention relates to a method for promoting intracellular oxidative stress, comprising administration of a monoclonal antibody having an inhibitory activity of intracellular uptake of neutral amino acids or an antibody fragment thereof.
