    Abstract: In a communication system between a CS concentrator 50-1 concentrating lines of PHS radio base stations 10-1 to 10-N and being located in a remote area and a subscriber terminal device 60 in a PHS exchange, by multiplexing two call control groups of (14B+D+C) channels on a 2M primary-group transmission line, a PHS system is constructed which uses the 2M primary-group transmission line with a good channel operating efficiency.
