  • Patent number: 9689520
Abstract: A pipe joint has a tube for fluid detachably fitted thereto, and is connected to a hydraulic device such as a cylinder. The pipe joint is provided with a resin body into which the tube for fluid is inserted, and a metal body which can rotate relative to the resin body. The resin body comprises orifices which each have a different opening diameter, and, as a result of the rotation of the resin body relative to the metal body, the orifices can be disposed in a connection part providing a connection path between the tube for fluid and the hydraulic device.

  • Patent number: 7318609
Abstract: A chuck includes an annular ring portion, a first engaging portion which extends along a central axis of the annular ring portion and which engages with the first tube joint member, and a second engaging portion which extends from the annular ring portion along the central axis of the annular ring portion and which elastically engages with a second tube joint member. A-three-dimensionally shaped portion, which is an end of the second engaging portion, includes a pair of expanded portions on a metal plate. The annular ring portion is formed by rounding the metal plate with both ends, which are not fixed to one another so that both ends are displaceable circumferentially.

  • Patent number: 7213845
Abstract: A tube joint comprises a retaining mechanism which retains the locked state by preventing a sleeve from any rotation in the circumferential direction which would be otherwise caused by any unexpected external force. The retaining mechanism includes a ratchet which is provided to surround the outer circumferential surface of a socket body and which is rotatable synchronously with the sleeve, and a coil spring which is interposed between the sleeve and the ratchet and which makes an urging action to cause mutual separation under an action of the spring force.

  • Patent number: 6908120
Abstract: A tube joint includes a body into which a tube is inserted, a guide member which is arranged in the body, a chuck which engages with the outer circumferential surface of the tube to retain the tube, fastening pawls which protrude while being inclined by predetermined angles toward the inner circumference facing the tube on the chuck, a release bush which releases the tube from a fastened state, and a packing which is installed in the body. The packing surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the tube, and is displaceable in the axial direction of the body when a pressure fluid is supplied.

  • Patent number: 6681803
Abstract: An O-ring is disposed on a front end surface of an abutted collar to prevent a fluid from leaking out of a flow passage when a socket and a plug of a tube joint is coupled to one another. A check valve of each of the socket and the plug, which prevents an outflow of the fluid when the socket and the plug are disengaged from each other, comprises the cylindrical collar (plug body) and a valve element. The valve element is disposed toward an inner diameter of the collar. The valve element has an O-ring disposed on the outer circumference of a columnar section coaxial with the collar.
