  • Publication number: 20070266813
Abstract: Disclosed is an XY stage comprising a moving table, a first guide mechanism to guide the moving table in a predetermined direction, a moving body mounted to the moving table, a second guide mechanism to guide the moving body in a direction intersecting with a guiding direction of the first guide mechanism with respect to the moving table, a drive mechanism to drive the moving table in the guiding direction of the first guide mechanism, and a converting mechanism to convert motion of the moving table in the guiding direction of the first guide mechanism into motion of the moving body in a guiding direction of the second guide mechanism.

  • Patent number: 6466462
Abstract: A DC/DC converter having a control circuit to reduce losses at light load, wherein a first control device turns ON and OFF power to the primary winding of the transformer of the DC/DC converter according to the difference between the output voltage of the DC/DC converter and the desired output voltage, and a second control device turns ON a switching device of a clamping circuit connected to the primary winding for a desired length of time after the first control device turns OFF the power to the primary winding.

  • Patent number: 6282103
Abstract: A switching power supply wherein an inductor device is connected to the center tap of a primary winding of a transformer with a switching device provided to apply high frequency signals to the transformer concurrently with a rectified smoothed input signal applied to the primary winding concurrently by another inductor device so that the secondary winding of the transformer produces a DC output signal which is free of harmonic current and whereby the switching power supply power factor is improved.

  • Patent number: 4419643
Abstract: A self-sustaining solenoid which is adapted so that when applying an operating current to a coil, a moving iron core disposed in the coil is attracted into contact with a fixed receiver. A magnetic yoke is provided to extend between the fixed receiver and the end portion of the moving iron core projecting out of the coil, and a permanent magnet is disposed on the magnetic yoke at least at one end in the direction of movement of the moving iron core. When the moving iron core is held in contact with the fixed receiver, magnetic fluxes emanating from the permanent magnet mostly pass through the moving iron core, the fixed receiver and the magnetic yoke, and even if the operating current is cut off, the moving iron core is retained in contact with the fixed receiver.
