  • Publication number: 20240199785
Abstract: The present invention provides a curable resin composition for stereolithography, which contains a urethane resin (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group and a photopolymerization initiator. The content of (meth)acryloyl group in the urethane resin (A) is 0.8 mmol/g or more and 2.2 mmol/g or less. The curable resin composition for stereolithography has low viscosity and can form a cured product excellent elastic modulus and impact resistance because of high impact strength and little change with time.

  • Publication number: 20210348009
Abstract: The present invention provides a curable resin composition containing a polyester resin (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group and a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound (B1) and/or a difunctional (meth)acrylate compound (B2). The average functional group number of (meth)acryloyl groups possessed by the polyester resin (A) is within a range of 1.5 or more and 3 or less, and the content of the polyester resin (A) in the curable resin composition is 50% by mass or more. The curable resin composition has low viscosity and produces a cured product having excellent mechanical properties, and thus can be preferably used as a resin composition for optical three-dimensional shaping.

  • Patent number: 10005872
Abstract: The present invention provides an active energy ray-curable composition exhibiting high curability and having excellent offset printability when used for a printing ink, an active energy ray-curable printing ink having both excellent curability and offset printability, and a printed matter using the same. An active energy ray-curable composition includes a urethane (meth)acrylate resin (A) and a polymerization initiator (B), wherein the urethane (meth)acrylate resin (A) is produced by using an aromatic polyisocyanate (a), a hydroxyl group-containing mono(meth)acrylate (b), and a polyol (c) as essential reaction raw materials so that the ratio [(b?)/(a?)] of the number of moles (b?) of hydroxyl groups contained in the hydroxyl group-containing mono(meth)acrylate (b) to the number of moles (a?) of isocyanate groups contained in the aromatic polyisocyanate (a) is within a range of 0.99 to 0.40, and the urethane (meth)acrylate resin (A) has a (meth)acryloyl group concentration within a range of 1.5 to 4.0 mmol/g.
