Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a cylindrical bobbin provided with a coil thereon, a fixed core provided through an inner periphery of the bobbin, a case provided at an outer periphery of the bobbin, the case housing the fixed core, a plunger provided facing the fixed core and being movable by a magnetic attractive force, a shaft member extended to penetrate through the fixed core, the shaft member having a first end provided with the plunger in a way that the plunger is movable integrally with the shaft member, a valve member contacting a second end of the shaft member and driven by the shaft member, a biasing member biasing the valve member, the shaft member and the plunger in a counter direction of a moving direction by the magnetic attractive force, and a plurality of magnetically attracting portions provided at the plunger.

Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a first yoke having a cylindrical shape, a second yoke having a cylindrical shape and arranged so as to be coaxial with the first yoke, an intermediate member for connecting the first yoke and the second yoke to each other, an insulating film formed on respective outer peripheral faces of the first yoke and the second yoke, a coil provided on an outer side of the first yoke and the second yoke and cylindrically formed by a coated wire wound, a movable member movably supported by an inner peripheral face of the first yoke so as to face the second yoke and moving towards the second yoke by means of an attractive force generated between the second yoke and the movable member in association with a power supply to the coil, and a case for accommodating therein the first yoke, the second yoke and the coil.

Abstract: A solenoid valve comprises a plunger provided in a case so as to be magnetically moved, a coil provided in the case for generating a magnetic force, a yoke provided in the case for transmitting the magnetic force to the plunger, a sleeve, and a valve provided in the sleeve so as to be slidable within the sleeve in accordance with a movement of the plunger in order to switch a flow path, wherein the yoke and the sleeve are formed so as to be fitted together, and after the sleeve is fitted to the yoke, the sleeve is fixed from outside of a portion at which the sleeve and either one of the case or the yoke are overlapped each other.
