  • Publication number: 20240118700
Abstract: A terminal apparatus includes a camera, a display that displays a display screen including a mobile robot that autonomously travels, and a control circuit. The control circuit acquires a first planned route of the mobile robot, displays, on the display, a screen having the first planned route superimposed on a camera image taken by the camera, detects a contact point on the display on which the screen is displayed, generates a second planned route of the mobile robot that travels through the contact point, and transmits the second planned route to the mobile robot.

  • Publication number: 20060014404
Abstract: A sensor is provided with a sensing unit for generating electrical signals responding to a physical quantity, multiple terminals for an electrical connection with an external, multiple signal wires for transmitting the electrical signals to the terminals, a connector housing where the terminals are accommodated, and an electrically isolating case, to which the terminals are fixed. The terminals and the electrically isolating case are inserted into the connecter housing. Thus, the connecter housing can be singly formed without being insert-molded. Accordingly, the manufacture performance of the sensor can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6182508
Abstract: An angular rate sensor is provided which measures the angular rate of a moving object such as an automotive vehicle. The angular rate sensor includes an installation base and an oscillator. The oscillator is excited to oscillate in a preselected direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the moving object and provides a signal indicative thereof. The installation base is used for installation of the sensor on the moving object and has an improved orientation structure for orienting the oscillator relative to the installation base during installation of the oscillator on the installation base so that the oscillator may oscillate in the preselected direction. The angular rate sensor is disposed within a casing through improved vibration isolators for absorbing unwanted vibrations impinging upon an operation of the sensor.

  • Patent number: 5993006
Abstract: An apparatus synthesizes the image of a viewer and a second image into a synthesized image and displays the synthesized image. The apparatus is capable of aligning the line of sight of the viewer with the line of sight of the displayed image of the viewer and correctly reproducing colors on the synthesized image. The apparatus has a transparent hologram screen (15) on which a diffuser is recorded, a camera (25) for imaging a viewer (81) through the hologram screen, a synthesizer (28) for synthesizing the image of the viewer and a second image into a synthesized image, and a projector (11) for projecting signal light (31) containing the synthesized image onto the hologram screen. In place of the synthesizer, a display unit may be arranged behind the viewer. The hologram screen (15) may be combined with a mirror or a half-mirror.

  • Patent number: 5719460
Abstract: An angular velocity detector includes vibrator made of piezoelectric material and having a pair of arms. A pair of driving electrodes are attached to the arms in order to generate vibrations in the arms. A pair of detecting electrodes, which are attached to the arms, detect the vibrations of the arms. Therefore, the pair of driving electrodes can cause the arms to vibrate uniformly and stably, so that a S/N ratio of the angular velocity sensor can be improved.

  • Patent number: 5208629
Abstract: According to this invention, illumination light for illuminating a mask on which a micropattern is drawn is inclined at an angle corresponding to a numerical aperture of an optical projection lens located below the mask with respect to an optical axis. The illumination light is obliquely incident on the mask to expose the micropattern on an object located below the optical projection lens.

  • Patent number: 4400622
Abstract: An electron lens system wherein at least two coils are arranged in the vicinity of an electron-optical lens and are excited in directions opposite to each other, thereby making it possible to adjust the focal distance of the lens without including a rotation attributed to the electron-optical lens in an electron beam which passes through the lens.
