  • Patent number: 8801243
Abstract: A vehicle interior illumination lamp 11 is formed by a function portion 12 and a design portion 13. Retaining claws 15 are formed on side surfaces of a base housing 41 of the design portion 13. Operating plates 33 are formed at a housing 21 of the function portion 12, and each operating plate 33 has retaining portions 34 with which retaining claws 51 on the design portion 13 (which can be fitted into the function portion 12) can be retainingly engaged, respectively. The operating plates 33 are pressed from the inside of a bulb receiving chamber 44 of the design portion 13 to be elastically deformed, thereby releasing the retaining engagement of the retaining portions 34 with the retaining claws 51.

  • Patent number: 7896531
Abstract: Providing an electrical assembly, which can protect electric components provided at the electrical assembly from damage, and minimize output amount of recycle material and waste material, a functional module as the electric assembly includes a lamp and a switch as the electric components. The lamp extends from a center area of a bottom wall of a housing so as to slant toward an outside of the housing according to going apart from the bottom wall. The switch extends vertically from one end of the bottom wall. Ends of the lamp and the switch far from the bottom wall project out of the housing. When the functional modules are transported to an assembling line, the pair of functional modules is stacked on each other so as to arrange the lamp face to each other in parallel, and fixed to each other.

  • Patent number: 7207847
Abstract: An integral bus bar 81, having a plurality of wiring bus bars 50 formed integrally therewith, is mounted in a housing 81, and bridge portions 82, interconnecting the wiring bus bars 50, are cut, thereby separating the wiring bus bars. The integral bus bar 81 includes bulb holding portions 52 for respectively holding opposite end portions of a bulb, and each of the bulb holding portions includes a pair of holding piece portions 61 for holding the corresponding end portion of the bulb therebetween. The wiring bus bars 50 are arranged to extend in a direction of arrangement of the bulb which is to be held in the bulb holding portions 52. The holding piece portions 61 of each bulb holding portion 52 are bent respectively at opposite side edges of a support wall portion 83, extending upwardly from the corresponding wiring bus bar 50, in the direction of arrangement of the bulb, and are disposed in opposed relation to each other.
