  • Patent number: 6779534
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for drying washed objects being capable of drying the objects in a reduced period of time, effectively preventing contamination of the objects, and preventing energy loss are provided. The apparatus for drying washed objects includes a drying tank having an opening on the upper portion thereof so that the washed objects can be placed or taken out from above, and a rinsing tank formed integrally with the drying tank, and is capable of being sealed hermetically by closing the openable and closable lid. The drying tank includes a mist-straightening vane for supplying organic solvent mist at normal temperatures to the washed objects, so that the washed objects are dried by organic solvent mist emitted from the mist-straightening vane.

  • Patent number: 6665237
Abstract: In a control apparatus for operating with program data, it is possible to alter the operation of a control circuit by rewriting the data of the program memory built in an LSI, with ease and at a low cost independently of the operation of the control circuit. For that purpose, the control apparatus includes a ROM, a SRAM, a means for writing data in the SRAM, a selection means for selecting the output from the ROM or the SRAM in accordance with the addresses supplied to the ROM and the SRAM, and a control means for outputting the addresses to the ROM and the SRAM and operating with the output from the selection means as program data.

  • Publication number: 20030169072
Abstract: An output circuit includes: a power supply unit; an output MIS transistor connected to the power supply unit; a reference MIS transistor that is connected to the power supply unit and is invariably in ON state; a current supply unit for generating a reference voltage Vref; an output terminal through which a current is supplied to a load circuit; a comparator; a logic circuit; and a control circuit for carrying out the ON/OFF control of the output MIS transistor. Comparison is made between the reference voltage Vref and output terminal voltage Vout by utilizing the ON-state resistances of the output and reference MIS transistors, thus detecting the magnitude of an output current. If the output current exceeds the target value, the output MIS transistor is turned OFF, thereby protecting it from an excessive current.

  • Patent number: 6403250
Abstract: The invention provides a high-performance pressure sensitive current breaker for a cell that securely cuts off the current path inside the cell even when the pressure increase inside the cell is low, and suppresses the pressure increase inside. The pressure sensitive current breaker for a cell of this invention is configured such that an insulator to swell out toward a diaphragm portion is formed by the insert molding with part of a lead part exposed from an opening of a retaining member, a notching part is formed on part of the lead part to make the lead part easily ruptured, a current path between a generating element inside the cell and an external electrode is made through the lead part, and when a pressure inside the cell case rises over a specific value to displace the diaphragm upward, the diaphragm presses the insulator upward to rupture the lead part at the notching part, thereby cutting off the current path.

  • Publication number: 20020048236
Abstract: An object of the invention is to make it possible to perform, stably in a short time, a focus jump for enabling a focus control on each of a plurality of recording layers of a disc in such a manner that its effect is not absorbed by disturbance or a variation in the movement speed of an objective lens. To attain this object, there are provided means for monitoring the level of a focus error signal, means for rejecting noise from the focus error signal, speed detecting means for detecting a movement speed of an objective lens, and speed control voltage generating means for generating a voltage for controlling the objective lens based on the movement speed detected by the speed detecting means.
