    Abstract: An alternating current uninterruptible power supply system includes a first power feed line, a second power feed line, a switchover relay, a converter, a power switch, a fuel cell, a system control board, a battery, and an inverter. If it is determined that electric power supply from a commercial alternating current power source has stopped for a first time or longer, a system control part of the system control board switches the switchover relay from a first state to a second state. Then, on the basis of the state of the electric power of the first power feed line, the system control part determines whether or not stopping of the electric power supply from the commercial alternating current power source has continued for a second time or longer. After that, if it is determined that the stopping of the electric power supply from the commercial alternating current power source has continued for the second time or longer, the system control part starts power generation of the stack.

    Abstract: A fuel cell system is provided in which abnormality in the purge valve is allowed to be inspected without using fuel gas. A fuel cell system of the present disclosure includes a substitution passage member connected to a fuel gas passage member and to an oxidation gas passage member. A valve is connected in the middle of the substitution passage member. A control part opens the valve so as to form an inspection route passes through the oxidation gas passage member, the substitution passage member, and the fuel gas passage member. The control part inspects normality or abnormality in the opening and closing operation of a purge valve by using oxidation gas supplied from an air pump to the inspection route.

The bogie comprises a guide frame which includes a pair of transverse beams and a connecting member arranged between the pair of the transverse beams and each of the traverse beams being equipped with the guide wheels rotatably on both ends thereof, an axle supported on a non-turning part of the bogie such that the axle is capable of turning and running wheels which are attached to both ends of the axle. The running wheels are rigidly fixed to the axle and the guide frame is fixed to the axle so as to steer the guide frame, the axle and the running wheels integrally.

    Abstract: A vehicle includes a vehicle body, a bolster spring, a bogie supporting the vehicle body via the bolster spring and a vehicle height adjusting mechanism. The vehicle height adjustment mechanism includes an integrating device, a measuring device and an elastic force adjusting device. The integrating device integrates a first relative displacement amount at a first position between the vehicle body and the bogie and a second relative displacement amount at a second position between the vehicle body and the bogie. The measuring device measures an integrated value of the first relative displacement amount and the second relative displacement amount. The elastic force adjusting device adjusts elastic force of the bolster spring based on the integrated value so as to adjust a relative displacement amount between the vehicle body and the bogie.
