  • Patent number: 10411617
Abstract: A dielectric elastomer motor includes an artificial muscle and a conversion mechanism cooperating with the artificial muscle. The artificial muscle includes a dielectric elastomer film or layer having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. First and second electrodes are attached to the first surface and the second surface of the dielectric elastomer film, respectively. First and second bases are attached to the dielectric elastomer so as to be spaced apart from each other. The first base and the second base are capable of reciprocation relative to each other upon change in size of the dielectric elastomer. The conversion mechanism converts the reciprocation of the bases to pivotal or rotational movement. The dielectric elastomer receives voltage application with a predetermined timing via the first and the second electrodes.

  • Patent number: 10381435
Abstract: A deep trench which reaches a predetermined depth from one principal surface is formed in an element region of a semiconductor substrate. A TEOS oxide film and a polycrystalline silicon film are formed so as to fill the deep trench. In formation of a MOSFET and in formation of a protective insulating film on/over a surface of an element region by thermal oxidation, a silicon thermal oxide film grows, the TEOS oxide film contracts and the polycrystalline silicon film expands when oxidized and turning into a silicon oxide film, and thereby an embedded insulator is formed in the deep trench.

  • Patent number: 10346582
Abstract: A coupling distance y of a plurality of securing elements for coupling two members to construct a casing for accommodating a circuit board having electric components mounted thereon inside space surrounded by a conductor extracted from design data, an overlapping width x of overlap sections provided to the two members for coupling the two members with the plurality of securing elements, the overlap sections contacting to each other, and a wavelength ? of electromagnetic noises generated from the electric components, are extracted. Then, a recommended coupling distance Y for the plurality of securing elements to attenuate the electromagnetic noises by a certain attenuation amount is calculated, based on the overlapping width x and the wavelength ?, and the coupling distance y is compared with the recommended coupling distance Y. Thereby, verifications of an electromagnetic noise countermeasure can be made reliably without relying on settings by a user.
