  • Patent number: 6271304
Abstract: 1 mole of 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate is mixed with 2 moles of polyoxypropyelene glycol monoether having mean molecular weight of 2800 while adding 0.03% of tin octylate as a catalyst, and reaction is made at 80° C. for three hours for obtaining a synthetic. This synthetic is employed as a main component and blended with a filler and the like for obtaining a sealing material composite. This composite causes no swelling of a gasket forming a flange part of a trunk lid of an automobile.

  • Patent number: 6124219
Abstract: A functional material which fades in color with the volatilization of volatile agents such as fragrant agents, deodorant agents, antibacterial agents, etc. so that a user can visually check the end of the effect of such agents. A volatile agent and an oil-soluble dye having a dissolving proportion of 0.0001-1% are carried on a porous carrier undyeable with, i.e. low in affinity for the oil-soluble dye. The content of the oil-soluble dye is 0.1-100 .mu.g per square centimeter of the effective surface area of the porous carrier.

  • Patent number: 6001771
Abstract: A receptor layer transfer sheet, as intermediate transfer medium film, provided with a receptor layer to be transferred on a surface of a transfer-receiving material with an image preliminarily formed on the receptor layer comprises: a substrate film; an ionizing radiation (electron beam) hardening resin layer formed on the substrate film to be separable; and a receptor layer formed on the ionizing radiation hardening resin layer. The receptor layer is transferred together with the ionizing radiation hardening resin layer to the transfer-receiving material at a transferring process. A card-shaped printed product can be manufactured by using the receptor layer transfer sheet of the character mentioned above, in which an image is formed, through a sublimation thermal transfer process, on a receptor layer of a receptor layer transfer sheet. The receptor layer is transferred together with the ionizing radiation hardening resin layer on a card-shaped transfer-receiving material through a thermal transfer process.

  • Patent number: 5055543
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a one part moisture cure sealant which is cured under an ordinary temperature by reaction with moisture contained in the air. This sealant contains a cure accelerating catalyst of: ##STR1## in a sealing composite containing urethane prepolymer. Due to the action of this catalyst, not only the cure rate is improved but difference in the cure rate between a low-temperature/low-humidity season and a high-temperature/high-humidity season is reduced. This sealant is also excellent in storage stability.
