Publication number: 20150228431Abstract: In an electromagnetic relay 1, the entire circumference 30a of a normally-opened fixed contact 30 and the entire circumference 40a of the normally-closed fixed contact 40 extend beyond movable contacts 25 on a plane roughly perpendicular to the moving direction P of the movable contacts 25. In other words, when the electromagnetic relay 1 is viewed from a movable leaf spring 20 side, all of normally-opened side movable contacts 25a and normally-closed side movable contacts 25b are located within an area surrounded by the entire circumference 30a of the circular normally-opened fixed contact 30 and the entire circumference 40a of the circular normally-closed fixed contact 40. Further, while the number of the movable contacts 25 is two or more, the number of the normally-opened fixed contact 30 and the number of the normally-closed fixed contact 40 are both one.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 5, 2015Publication date: August 13, 2015Inventors: Yuta SUZUKI, Yoshinori OTA, Tsutomu ONO

Patent number: 8810974Abstract: The present invention is directed to align crystal c-axes in magnetic layers near two opposed junction wall faces of a magnetoresistive element so as to be almost perpendicular to the junction wall faces. A magnetic sensor stack body has, on a substrate, a magnetoresistive element whose electric resistance fluctuates when a bias magnetic field is applied and, on sides of opposed junction wall faces of the magnetoresistive element, field regions including magnetic layers for applying the bias magnetic field to the element. The magnetoresistive element has at least a ferromagnetic stack on a part of an antiferromagnetic layer, and width of an uppermost face of the ferromagnetic stack along a direction in which the junction wall faces are opposed to each other is smaller than width of an uppermost face of the antiferromagnetic layer in the same direction.Type: GrantFiled: August 4, 2010Date of Patent: August 19, 2014Assignee: Canon Anelva CorporationInventors: Abarra Einstein Noel, Masahiro Suenaga, Yoshinori Ota, Tetsuya Endo

Publication number: 20140175065Abstract: In spot welding, the condition tolerance for applying a large current in a short time into an aluminum alloy plate or the like is narrow, and also nugget crack sometimes occurs in spot welding. In the case of a mild steel plate, the expulsion sometimes occurs, and thereby a poor weld portion is formed. Due to a pickup removal operation from an electrode tip, the operating ratio is reduced. Here, a PAM control method is employed for raising or dropping a rectified and smoothed voltage EDC output to an inverter circuit, according to a certain set-up ratio in a predetermined time, instead of a conventional PWM control method. By this control method, the nugget can be formed in condition of low heat dissipation and high thermal efficiency. In addition, energy saving and power saving are achieved by using the PAM control method.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 26, 2012Publication date: June 26, 2014Applicant: Nadex Products Co., Ltd.Inventors: Tomiaki Hosokawa, Hiroyuki Kawaguchi, Yoshinori Ota

Patent number: 7978037Abstract: A movable contact positioned in a sealed case is moved together with a movable contact spring provided with an armature by a magnetic shunt body which is moved outside the sealed case. The movement of the movable contact (movement of the movable contact spring) due to the movement of the magnetic shunt body is based on the change of the magnetically attracting force of a magnet with respect to the armature through a pair of yokes. The movable contact spring is provided with a bent portion which is bent in spaced-apart relation to the armature, the bent portion being provided between a fulcrum portion at a time when the movable contact spring moves and a portion where the armature is provided.Type: GrantFiled: February 10, 2009Date of Patent: July 12, 2011Assignees: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai Rika Denki Seisakusho, NEC TOKIN CorporationInventors: Tomio Yamada, Tatsumi Ide, Yoshinori Ota
