    Abstract: A disk reversing/transporting mechanism for reversing a disk in transit of the disk from a first position to a second position has a rail, a movable table movable on the rail, and a cam plate having a cam surface provided along the rail and engaged with a roller or a pin and a groove provided on the cam surface and receiving the roller or the pin. A chucking mechanism is provided on the movable table. A crank is provided on the moving table and has a crank shaft and the roller or the pin as a crank pin and is connected to the chucking mechanism. The crank shaft is rotated by a dropping of the roller or the pin in the groove and a slipping out from the groove corresponding to a movement of said movable table to rotate the chucking mechanism to thereby reverse the disk.

    Abstract: In the present invention, through the provision of a tray placing rack for storing trays in multi steps, the trays accommodating electronic parts after inspection are received in the racks and through the provision of a tray stacking rack above the tray placing rack, an empty tray emptied by having been inspected of the electronic parts before inspection at an inspection stage is stacked on the tray stacking rack. When a certain tray is filled with electronic parts after inspection and is discharged, an empty ray is taken out from the tray stacking rack and the empty tray is fed to the rack position of the discharged tray to permit re-use of empty trays.

    Abstract: A disk chucking mechanism constructed with first, second and third link members forms a slider crank mechanism and the third link member is rotated by a drive of a forward/rearward actuator such as an air cylinder and chucking nails are provided which protrude perpendicularly to a longitudinal direction of the first or second link member. A rotation of the chucking nail protruded perpendicularly is stopped by engagement with a disk and a spring member is bent by further forward or rearward movement of the second link member to energize a first chucking nail in a direction for maintaining an engagement with the disk. The disk is chucked with a predetermined force by only the drive of the forward/rearward actuator.
