  • Patent number: 5095542
Abstract: An apparatus for controlling a transmission output level for a burst signal which is used in a communication of the TDMA system in which a transmission output level can be arbitrarily set.

  • Patent number: 4868854
Abstract: The present invention relates to bit synchronization required for a data transmitting/receiving system. An average phase error between edges of an input waveform and edges of an ideal bit synchronous pattern generated internally is taken and the ideal bit synchronous pattern is shifted by the amount corresponding to the average error, so that a sampling signal is generated on the basis of that pattern. Thus, bit synchronization is established by means of software on microcomputor.

  • Patent number: 4743976
Abstract: An image read apparatus for reading an image on a document which includes a reciprocatively movable document placing plate for placing thereon the document, a document placing plate driving mechanism for driving the document placing plate and an image reader for reading the image information on the document. The document placing plate is movable reciprocatively between a first position where the document placing plate is housed completely in the image read apparatus and a second position where the document placing plate projects outwardly from the image read apparatus to thereby enable the document to be placed thereon. The image read apparatus sequentially reads the image information on the document between each sequential movement of the document placing plate from the second position to the first position. Preferably, a document holding member such as a flexible sheet or an endless belt is provided for pressing the document onto the document placing plate within the image read apparatus.

  • Patent number: 4660215
Abstract: A transmitter/receiver system for converting digital information into a multi-frequency signal for transmission. A reference frequency signal is first transmitted, then a series of frequencies having information indicative of differences with the reference signal are transmitted, and a receiver discriminates differences with the reference frequency signal to decode the information.

  • Patent number: 4013841
Abstract: A four-channel stereo receiver capable of making the four-channel indication, and automatically changing over the four-channel mode operation and the two-channel mode operation or muting the monaural and the two-channel signal, based on the presence or absence of at least one of the second and the third sub-channel signals, and the second pilot signal included in the four-channel composite signal but not in the two-channel composite signal.

  • Patent number: 3985964
Abstract: A 4-channel stereophonic demodulating system based on a switching mode, which comprises a plurality of switching means for demodulating a received 4-channel stereophonic composite signal under control by a first and a second switching signals obtained from a pilot signal, means to separately derive four stereophonically related signals at the respective output terminals of said switching means, and adding means to add plural output signals from at least one switching means to each other. The signal levels of the individual channel signal components are adjustable by said adding means relative to one another to enable separation adjustment, so that in each of the four stereophonically related signals which appear at respective output terminals of the system, cross-talk due to the other signals is reduced.

  • Patent number: 3940920
Abstract: A zone time display clock having a zone or locality appointing and displaying means having a form of a world map and provided with touch detecting terminals disposed on the world map and with zone illuminating means for illuminating the designated zone. The clock further comprises a reference clock, a time difference generating circuit for generating the time difference signals for the designated and the "home" localities with respect to the reference locality alternately, touch switch means for memorizing a touched place in the world map and activating the zone displaying means and the time difference generating circuit, time and date difference calculating means for calculating the time and the date difference for the designated locality with respect to the "home" locality, and display driving means for displaying the time and the date difference or the date for the designated locality.
