    Abstract: A swash plate type compressor having shoes provided with center holes on the slidable surfaces. The center hole provided with a bottom acts as a reservoir for lubricating oil and supplys the oil on the slidable surface of the shoe, which slides against the swash plate. There can be a second ring groove concentric to the center hole, or annexed grooves which are stretching outward radially from the center hole. The center hole also prevents the center part from protruding outward by thermal expansion, which is caused by friction. The slidable surface of the shoe is preferably coated with a layer containing solid lubricant so as to smooth the sliding motions.

    Abstract: A multi-cylinder swash-plate-type compressor having a combined cylinder block closed on both axial ends by front and rear housings and provided therein with a reciprocative piston mechanism for sucking, compressing, and discharging a fluid, such as a refrigerant gas. The combined cylinder block is provided with a mounting bracket on the outer circumference thereof and suction and discharge ports formed in the outer circumference at positions adjacent to the mounting bracket. The compressor further has damping chambers arranged adjacent to the suction and discharge ports for suppressing pulsation in suction and discharge pressures of the refrigerant gas during the operation of the compressor. The damping chambers have considerable volumes and cross-sectional area.

    Abstract: A photosensitive resin composition consisting essentially of an unsaturated polyester, a cross-linking agent and a photosensitizer, said cross-linking agent consisting of a compound having at least one radical-polymerizable double bond within the molecule and a compound expressed by the following formula ##STR1## wherein n is an integer of at least 1, p, q, and r is 0 or an integer of at least 1 with the proviso that p+q+r equals to 2-6, R.sup.1 is a hydrogen or a methyl group, R.sup.2 is a lower alkyl group optionally substituted with a halogen atom, and R.sup.3 is an alkyl, aryl or acyl group optionally having a substituent.
