  • Patent number: 7449985
Abstract: A problem to be solved is to stabilize temperature characteristics in various characteristics of a magnetic element. A magnetic element has a coil formed by winding a conductor, EP cores constituted of a magnetic material and passing magnetic flux generated in the coil, a solid part provided between EP cores opposing each other among the EP cores, and having a ceramics material or a resin material, in which the solid part is in contact with opposing faces of the respective opposing EP cores, and the solid part is provided with a thickness dimension ranging from 3 ?m to 30 ?m.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: November 11, 2008
    Assignee: Sumida Corporation
Inventors: Yuichiro Urano, Fumihito Meguro, Yoshio Kawahata
  • Patent number: 7443278
Abstract: A transformer-type compact and thin coil device having a high coupling degree between a primary coil and a secondary coil, and a transformer device in which a plurality of sets of the transformer-type coil devices are incorporated. A coil device includes a first winding portion in which a primary and secondary coil wires are wound in bifilar form so as to arrange them alternately in a plane, a second winding portion in which a secondary coil wire is wound to arrange it in a plane parallel to the plane of the first winding portion, and a secondary coil connecting portion which connects an inner diameter portions of the secondary coil wires of the first and second winding portions. A transformer device is formed by incorporating a plurality of sets of the transformer-type coil devices each formed in above manner.
