Abstract: A control server controls an operator who provides an operational service on an operating system based on export control regulations. The control server stores therein operator information related to the operator and control information including a determination date that is a date when provision of the operational service is determined to comply with the export control regulations. The control server selects an operator who does not fall under the export control regulations, out of the operators, as an operator who provides the operational service, based on the control information and an effective date that is a date when the latest export control regulations become effective.

Abstract: A signal transmission control apparatus connected between a telephone line and a terminal device controls signal transmission therebetween in no-ringing service. First DC and AC circuits of the apparatus become conductive in response to a DC control voltage from the telephone line. The first DC and AC circuits are connected to the telephone lines and the leads of a primary coil of the transformer of the apparatus. The secondary coil of the transformer is connected to the terminal device and an amplifier and first detection device of the apparatus. A subsequent AC calling signal from the telephone line, received on the first AC circuit, effects conduction in second DC and AC circuits through serial operation of the first detection circuit, a control circuit, a switching transistor and closure of relay contacts.

Abstract: A PLL circuit which comprises a phase comparator, a voltage-controlled oscillator whose oscillation frequency is controlled by an output from the phase comparator, a flip-flop circuit adapted to be set by an input signal, and a counter circuit responsive to an output condition of the flip-flop circuit to count an output from the voltage-controlled oscillator. The flip-flop circuit is adapted to be reset by an output from the counter circuit, and the phase comparator is adapted to receive an output from the flip-flop circuit and the output from the voltage-controlled oscillator.

Abstract: A circuit for correcting data reading clock pulses, comprising a data reading device for reading data in response to clock pulses of a group or groups of different phases selected by one or more switches, a detector adapted to detect mis-reading of the data, a switch means and a switch control means. The switch control means is actuated by a detection signal of mis-reading to control the switch means so as to select clock pulse group or groups desired for accurate reading of the data.
