    Abstract: A wiring substrate includes an insulating layer having through holes, a first conductor layer formed on first surface of the insulating layer, a second conductor layer formed on second surface of the insulating layer, and interlayer conductors formed along wall surfaces surrounding the through holes such that each interlayer conductor has a film-like shape and is connecting the first and second conductor layers. The interlayer conductors include first conductors formed in first region of the insulating layer and second conductors formed in second region of the insulating layer at density higher than density of the first conductors, and a thickness of each first interlayer conductor in its end part is substantially same as or larger than a thickness of each second conductor in its end part and a thickness of each first conductor in its center part is larger than a thickness of each second conductor in its center part.

    Abstract: Provided is a shielded conductive path exhibiting a shielding function over a broad frequency band between a low frequency and a high frequency even when the shielding member has a small cross-sectional area. A shielded conductive path includes conductive path main bodies, insulating layers surrounding the conductive path main bodies, and shielding members facing the outer circumferential surfaces of the insulating layers, each have a configuration in which a conductive layer and a magnetic layer are layered together. Electromagnetic noise in a frequency band between a low frequency and an intermediate frequency is blocked with the conductive layer, and electromagnetic noise in a frequency band between an intermediate frequency and a high frequency is blocked with the magnetic layer. The different frequency regions are assigned to the conductive layer and the magnetic layer, and therefore, the cross-sectional areas of the conductive layer and the magnetic layer need not be increased.

The capacitor bank has series-connected electric double layer capacitors, and balanced resistances. Each of the balanced resistance is parallel-connected to each electric double layer capacitor, and has substantively the same resistance value. The capacitor bank and discharge resistance are connected to the first switch. The controller controls the first switch while monitoring the voltage of the capacitor bank and the operating state of the ignition key operating the ignition switch of the vehicle, so as to connect the capacitor bank to the discharge resistance when the ignition switch is turned off.
