  • Patent number: 10161107
Abstract: A housing case (16) is provided on a revolving frame (5) at a position on a front side from a fuel tank (12). The housing case (16) is constituted by including a case-fixing bracket (17) having a left leg part (18), a right leg part (19), and amounting platform (20) across a reducing agent tank (14), a lower accommodating case (21) arranged by surrounding the case-fixing bracket (17), and an upper accommodating case (23) located on an upper side of the lower accommodating case (21). Atop surface part (21E) of the lower accommodating case (21) and a lower surface (23B) of the upper accommodating case (23) are connected to the mounting platform (20) of the case-fixing bracket (17). As a result, the lower accommodating case (21) and the upper accommodating case (23) can be firmly mounted on the revolving frame (5) through the case-fixing bracket (17).

  • Patent number: 8506006
Abstract: A frame for use in a construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator, in which a circle member (18) for mounting a swing circle to a center frame is secured. An outer curved portion (21A) with a recessed groove shape is provided over the entire circumference in a vertically intermediate portion of the outer peripheral surface of the circle member, and an inner curved portion (21B) with a recessed groove shape is provided over the entire circumference in a vertically intermediate portion of the inner peripheral surface of the circle member to thereby make it possible to render small the plate thickness (t) of the hourglass-shaped thin-walled portion (21) located in the vertically intermediate portion relative to the plate thickness (T) of upper and lower thick-walled portions (19, 20) located on both vertical end sides of the circle member. Consequently, the weight of the circle member can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20060263191
Abstract: A tool repositioning mechanism (20) is provided between a fore end of a telescopic boom (12) and a cargo handling tool (35). The tool repositioning mechanism (20) is constituted by a head member (21), swing arm (25), swing cylinder (29), tool mount member (30) and a link (34). As a swing cylinder (29) is expanded or contracted, the cargo handling tool (35) is shifted to the right or to the left of the telescopic boom (12) through the tool repositioning mechanism (20). Accordingly, even if a spot of a lifted cargo on the cargo handling tool (35) is deviated from a cargo unloading spot in a lateral direction, the position of the lifted cargo can be adjusted easily by the tool repositioning mechanism (20) to unload the cargo accurately on a specified spot.
