Abstract: A transportation management supporting system includes following a database and sections. A transportation managing DB stores distribution data related to physical distribution. A distribution cost calculating section calculates a distribution cost result data indicating a result of a physical distribution cost. A distribution simulation section estimates a first reduction rate for the cost reduction measures. An emission material calculating section calculates an emission material result data indicating a result of an emission material emitting quantity. An emission material simulation section estimates a second reduction rate for the emission material reduction measures. The distribution simulation section estimates a third reduction rate for the emission material reduction measures, and outputs the first and third reduction rate. The emission material simulation section estimates a fourth reduction rate for the cost reduction measures, and outputs the second and fourth reduction rate.

Abstract: A drawing instrument for drawing an ellipse having two arms extending to left and right associated with operating mechanisms, so that when the arms are opened by a turning force of a first arm, a center moves along the straight line C, C' at a right angle to a straight line B, B' while maintaining two angles .theta. and .theta.', which are formed between the straight lines B, B' extending between centers of the bed seats or supports and left and right arms about the center, equal to each other.

Abstract: A process for dyeing a nitrogen-containing fiber, which comprises dyeing the fiber in a dye bath containing a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent, and a dye complex of an anionic dye with an amine of the formula: represents ##EQU1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon residue having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 represents a saturated or unsaturated divalent hydrocarbon residue having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, said hydrocarbon residue for R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may be of a straight or branched chain, n represents an integer of 1 to 4, each member of R.sub.2 may be the same or different when n is 2 or more, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each respresents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 may be the same or different.
