  • Patent number: 10571875
Abstract: To provide an electric valve control device capable of preventing a delay at the time of starting a control of an electric valve by shortening a standby time of an air conditioner or the like when power is input again or a sleep mode is cancelled and an electric valve device including the same. After receiving a power-off signal predicting a power-off operation of an electric valve 9 or a sleep transition signal predicting a sleep mode transition operation thereof from an outside, (current) valve opening degree information at the time of stopping an operation of the electric valve 9 is stored in an EEPROM (a nonvolatile storage unit) 11c. At the time of inputting power again or cancelling a sleep mode, the current (immediately precedent) valve opening degree information stored in the EEPROM 11c is read from the EEPROM 11c to resume a control of the electric valve 9.

  • Publication number: 20140251467
Abstract: [Problems to be solved] To provide a solenoid valve control device in which a user, or the like, can preciously grasp a state of the solenoid valve based on the number of operations of the solenoid valve. [Solution] The solenoid valve control device 13 controls the solenoid valve 12 and includes a storage unit 136 storing the number of operations concerning opening/closing of the solenoid valve 12, and a transmission unit 132 externally transmitting the number of operations stored in the storage unit 136. When the number of operations stored in the storage unit 136 becomes equal to or greater than the limitation number of times concerning a life of the solenoid valve 12, the transmission unit 132 externally transmits an alarm signal.

  • Patent number: 8271142
Abstract: Provided is an easy to use valve controller designed to obtain optimum operation performance. The valve controller is designed to control the valve opening of an expansion valve by calculating the valve opening such that a detected temperature coincides with a target temperature. The valve controller includes an automatic for calculating a deviation between the detected temperature and the target temperature and for calculating a changing amount of the valve opening by substituting at least the deviation and a set control parameter into an arithmetic expression to automatically set the control parameter. The valve controller further includes and control level adjuster for adjusting a magnitude of the valve opening calculated with the control parameter set by the automatic tuning means in stages in accordance with a set control level.

  • Patent number: 7762094
Abstract: In a refrigeration cycle system, temperature sensors measure the temperatures Tin and Tout of a refrigerant at the entrance and exit of an evaporator. A control circuit performs PID calculation based on signals from the temperature sensors in order to control a degree of superheat corresponding to the difference between the temperatures Tin and Tout at the entrance and exit to an aimed value, and calculates an operation amount for the opening degree of an expansion valve. In a case where the operation amount exceeds the limit of realizable velocity of driving an actuator that actuates the expansion valve, the control circuit performs a limiter process for limiting the operation amount so as not to exceed the limit value. The control circuit drives the actuator by using the operation amount after subjected to the limiter process, thereby to stably control the opening degree of the expansion valve.
