  • Patent number: 6929196
Abstract: For each of the injection holes on the face of a plate member which is disposed in a fuel passage, grooves are provided which run along the circumferential direction of the respective injection holes, and at the positions of the grooves, fuel overflows are formed. As a result, contracted fuel flow portions are formed in the injection holes, so that the maximum flow velocity of fuel is increased at the injection hole outlet portions. Thus, a fuel injection valve for an internal combustion engine is provided, in which the atomization performance near the injection holes is effectively enhanced.

  • Patent number: 6854448
Abstract: In an internal combustion engine, an amount of spray attaching onto an inner wall surface of an intake pipe is reduced by forming a two-directional spray of highly atomized fuel. The highly atomized two-directional spray can be obtained by a spray forming means constructed by piling a fuel in-plate forming fuel passages, a swirl plate forming fuel passages for adding swirl forces to the fuel, and an injection plate for determining injection directions of the fuel. Further, penetrations of the sprays injected toward two directions are made different from each other.

  • Patent number: 6853275
Abstract: The present invention provides an electromagnetic relay that has a long service life, even when being used for interrupting high voltage, and that can be miniaturized. In this electromagnetic relay, the circuit interruption is cut-off by two or more keying circuits, which are operated by a single coil and connected in series. Thus, an amount of generated arc per keying circuit is suppressed. Consequently, the service life of the electromagnetic relay is lengthened. Moreover, the space between the contracts thereof is reduced, so that the electromagnetic relay is miniaturized. Additionally, a magnetic field for extinguishing arc is formed by a back or counter electromotive force generated when the circuit is cut-off. Thus, the generated arc is extinguished.
