  • Patent number: 5967467
Abstract: It is an object to provide a fixture which enables ready, accurate and positive preliminary mounting of an electric line part in completely one operation without the need for any screwing operation, regardless of a change in the width and height of the channel flanges of a channel rail and also, enables ready and positive permanent securement of the electric line part, and which allows an operator to extremely easily, positively and efficiently carry out this type of operation without the need for any skill.A means for clamping electric line parts according to the present invention comprises a fixture body 1 having a part attached to a channel rail 4, a bolt 2, and a clamp 3 threadedly engaged with the bolt 2. The clamp 3 includes a central nut 3B, pivot pins 8, 8 mounted to the nut 3B, a pair of right and left clamping elements 3A, 3A pivotable about the horizontal pivot pins 8, 8, and a protrusion 8a extending outwardly from one side of the nut 3B.

  • Patent number: 5893538
Abstract: A clamping device for clamping a conduit to a channel rail, comprising a main unit with a retainer section of which the shape fits the sectional form of the conduit, a screw member and a buckle. Just pushing the screw member axially causes abutments of the buckle to be engaged on the channel rail and thus the conduit is fixed to the channel rail at least provisionally. The abutments of the buckle are made to engage the channel rail just when the screw member is pushed axially by holding the buckle in a predetermined direction in the main body until the screw member is pushed axially, rotating the buckle when the buckle is released from the held state so that the abutments are positioned under the lower ends of a pair of inlet-opening walls defining together an inlet opening of the channel rail, and drawing the buckle in the direction of the head of the screw member while the abutments are kept positioned under the lower ends of the pair of walls.

  • Patent number: 4770378
Abstract: A device is to secure conduits on saddles comprising grooved rails transversely with an axial line of the conduit, provided with a foot projecting engaging parts laterally for the suspending wall, holding curves continuing from the foot, a main body having projections forward from the end of the holding curve, and a vane plate whose sides have the length equal to or more than the inner width of a flange and other two sides are shorter than said two sides, and which has a female screw at the center portion. The vane plate is disposed under the seat part, and is screwed with a stem of the screw member inserted in a passage of the seat part, and is pulled upward by an elastic body disposed around the stem between the head of the screw member of the vane and the seat part, and the vane plate is contacted to the suspending wall of the saddle by rotating down the screw member, and the conduit is fixed temporarily.
