  • Publication number: 20020059229
Abstract: When an information provision program is implemented, an input screen is displayed on a display section (step 101). A specific designation number is input (step 103), and one or plural bearing performance indexes are selected (step 107). When bearing performance indexes are selected, bearing service conditions which are required depending on the bearing performance indexes are input. Then, performance calculation programs corresponding to selected bearing performances are activated (steps 110-1, 110-2, . . .), and obtained calculation results are simultaneously displayed.

  • Publication number: 20010012420
Abstract: In the roller bearing, plural of rollers 15 are interposed between an outer raceway 11 of an outer race 12 and an inner raceway 13 of an inner race 14, and a collar portion 16 is formed along one of the axial-direction end portions of the inner raceway 13. The central portion of one of the outer race and inner raceways 11, 14 and the opposing outer peripheral surface of the roller 15 is formed of a first bus with a given radius of curvature. The two end portion sides adjacent to the central portion are formed of a second bus with such a radius of curvature that causes the two end portion sides to part away from the other. The collar surface 19 of the collar portion 16 contacting with an end face of the roller 15 being a convex-shaped spherical surface is formed as a concave-shaped spherical surface.

  • Patent number: 5705740
Abstract: A sphere is supported in a floating condition by a pneumatic bearing so as to be rotated by compressed air sprayed from a nozzle. The sphere has a single point magnetized on its surface, and is placed on its rotating axis. If the sphere has a dynamic imbalance, the single point is subjected to pressesion around its inertia axis, the locus and displacement velocity of which are measured by the Hall elements arranged in an arc line around the pneumatic bearing, thereby obtaining the dynamic imbalance of the share.

  • Patent number: 5477333
Abstract: A displacement detecting apparatus for detecting a displacement between an object lens thereof and a measured surface in a non-contact manner. The displacement detecting apparatus comprises an object lens for focusing laser beam on the measured surface. A detecting optical system is provided to detect a focus error signal which represents a difference between a distance of the object lens from the measured surface and a focal distance of the object lens, in accordance with a reflected light from the measured surface. An actuator is provided to move the object lens in an optical axis in a manner to cause the object lens distance to coincide with the focal distance, in accordance with an output signal from the detecting optical system. A moving body includes a linear scale or a scale head and movable with the object lens. The linear scale is disposed coaxially with the optical axis and connected to the actuator. A support member is provided to movably support the moving body.
