  • Patent number: 8881620
Abstract: A hydraulic operated valve includes an electromagnetic adsorption mechanism and a steel ball. In the electromagnetic adsorption mechanism, when a current is supplied, an adsorption plate is adsorbed by a solenoid. By this adsorption, a steel ball is pressed against an outer surface of a cam disc. The outer surface of the cam disc includes two steps. When the cam disc is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the pressed steel ball engages the two steps. Thus, the cam disc is detented. These two steps are configured such that when the cam disc is returned to a neutral position, the adsorption plate is separated from the solenoid against the pressing of the electromagnetic adsorption mechanism. Thus, the detent state of the cam disc is canceled.

  • Patent number: 6125886
Abstract: In order to obtain great damper effects with a comparatively simple structure and fully control a hunting phenomenon, a pilot valve comprises push rods attached to a valve body, spools attached to spools holes of the valve body, spring bearing members provided in spring chambers of the valve body, first spring members provided between the valve body and the spring bearing members, second spring members provided between the spring bearing members and the spools, and an operation level for pressing the push rods. A fluid chamber is provided on an outside of one of ends of each of the spool holes. The fluid chamber communicates with a drain passage through a throttle passage having a throttle portion.

  • Patent number: 5566716
Abstract: A hydraulically operated control valve with a cam member that pivots toward one or the other side of the neutral position in response to an operating member. A pair of push rods each with a piston interposed between the cam member and one of a pair of spool valves. A casing is provided wherein the cam member is mounted in the casing upper portion. A pair of piston chambers, each having an oil chamber formed at the top by the piston and a damper chamber formed at the bottom by the piston, are formed in the casing lower portion. A throttle in each piston communicates fluid between the corresponding oil chamber and the damper chamber. A pair of spring chambers each contain a spool valve at the center thereof. A pair of casing partition members separate the piston chambers and the spring chambers, and are adapted so the push rods extend through the center thereof. A pair of damping springs energize the pistons in the direction of departing from the partition members.
