  • Patent number: 8796899
Abstract: The stator winding includes: a first three-phase wye-delta hybrid winding that is configured by connecting phase windings of a first wye winding to respective output ends of a first delta winding; and a second three-phase wye-delta hybrid winding that is configured by connecting phase windings of a second wye winding to respective output ends of a second delta winding. The phase windings of the first and second wye windings are configured by connecting two winding portions in parallel, and those two winding portions are configured such that distributions of radial positions inside slots of conductor wires that constitute the winding portions are equal.

  • Patent number: 8686610
Abstract: The present invention provides an automotive dynamoelectric stator that enables vibration resistance of a lead portion to be ensured and reductions in area of the lead portion and a coil end group that is exposed to a cooling airflow to be suppressed without increasing work or cost. In a dynamoelectric machine according to the present invention, first lead portions that connect a plurality of windings to configure phase windings are each led axially outward from a rear-end coil end group, and then disposed so as to extend parallel to an axially outer peripheral surface of the rear-end coil end group so as to cross at least one other first lead portion, and so as to be separated from the axially outer peripheral surface of the rear-end coil end group.

  • Publication number: 20130241369
Abstract: A winding assembly includes: slot-housed portions housed inside each of the slots of the stator core so as to form pairs that line up in an inner layer and an outer layer relative to a slot depth direction; first return portions at a first axial end of the stator core that link end portions of the slot-housed portions housed in the inner layer inside each of the slots and end portions of the slot-housed portions housed in the outer layer inside the slots that are (N?M) slots away; and second return portions at a second axial end of the stator core that link end portions of the slot-housed portions housed in the outer layer inside each of the slots and end portions of the slot-housed portions housed in the inner layer inside the slots that are (N+M) slots away.

  • Publication number: 20130214634
Abstract: The stator winding has winding assemblies that are disposed in a stator core so as to be stacked in three or more layers in a radial direction such that slot-housed portions line up in single columns in a clot depth direction inside slots, and radial widths of return portions of the winding assemblies that are mounted so as to be stacked in a radial direction are made sequentially narrower in order of return portions of a winding assembly that is positioned centrally, return portions of a winding assembly that is positioned on an inner circumferential side, and return portions of a winding assembly that is positioned on an outer circumferential side.
