Publication number: 20120140839Abstract: The radio communication device offers data communication with no adverse effect of EMI radiation. In response to EMI radiation detected by the radiation detector, the controller changes the normal communication mode into the avoidance communication mode. In the avoidance communication mode, the transmitter prepares a transmission packet so as to satisfy the following relational expressions: T1=T0/2/M and T2=T0/2 (where, T0 represents the cycle of an AC power source; T1 represents the transmission time; and T2 represents the transmission cycle). The transmission power changer determines the transmission power by multiplying T2/T1 to the transmission power in the normal communication mode. The transmission rate changer determines the transmission rate by multiplying T2/T1 to the transmission rate in the normal communication mode. The transmission packet is transmitted in synchronization with the stopping time of EMI radiation detected by the timing detector.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 26, 2010Publication date: June 7, 2012Applicant: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Yoshishige Yoshikawa, Katsunori Tanie, Hiromi Toyota

Patent number: 8145194Abstract: In a wireless device monitoring system including a mobile telephone and an authentication apparatus, a controller of the authentication apparatus repeatedly executes a distance detection processing based on a received level of a received wireless signal and an authentication processing based on authentication data included in the received wireless signal continuously at a first communication interval T1 and a second communication interval T2, respectively, and outputs an alarm signal or executes a predetermined control processing when a true counterpart electronic apparatus is not present or when the true counterpart electronic apparatus is apart from the electronic apparatus by a distance longer than the predetermined threshold distance. When a first communication time T11 for the distance detection processing is shorter than a second communication time T12 for the authentication processing, the T1 and the T2 are set to satisfy T1<T2.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2006Date of Patent: March 27, 2012Assignee: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Yoshishige Yoshikawa, Yoshio Horiike

Patent number: 6259895Abstract: In the receiver using a PLL synthesizer, there is a limit in reducing boot-up time or frequency switching time, which shortens battery life. A first local frequency L01 from a multiplier 22 and a receiving signal are input to a first frequency converter 10 to convert it to a first intermediate frequency IF1. The first intermediate frequency IF1 is converted in a second frequency converter 12 by a frequency L02 of an N1 frequency divider 24 to a second intermediate frequency IF2. Also, the outputs of the N1 frequency divider 24 and N2 frequency divider 26 are mixed in the frequency converter for transmission 34, and L04 and the local frequency L01 are added to a lower-side-band cancel mixer 50 to extract the upper side band of the transmission frequency.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 1998Date of Patent: July 10, 2001Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yoshishige Yoshikawa, Yoshio Horiike, Hisashi Adachi, Hiroaki Kosugi

Patent number: 5815036Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling a feedforward amplifier, wherein a superior distortion compensation characteristic is maintained over a wide frequency range, with the influence due to temperature variation and weathering minimized. A pilot signal generated by a pilot signal generator circuit is injected into the output of the main amplifier of a feedforward amplifier, and then the signal is sampled at the output of a first circuit and a second circuit, which is then low-range converted by a frequency converter and demodulated into I and Q components by a quadrature demodulator, and amplified and shaped into a pilot monitor signal; and a control circuit controls the vector adjusters within the distortion suppression circuit of the first and the second circuits using the I and Q signal components as the error signal so that as the amplitude level of pilot monitor signal is mininized the control value is maintained.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 1996Date of Patent: September 29, 1998Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yoshishige Yoshikawa, Hiroaki Kosugi, Hisashi Adachi, Kazuo Nagao
