  • Patent number: 11245296
Abstract: Provided are rotor of permanent magnet surface affixation-type rotating machine and its manufacturing method, where permanent magnets previously magnetized are easily fixable at proper positions while restricting cost. In rotor of permanent magnet surface affixation-type rotating machine, including cylindrical rotor shaft 11, columnar guides 13 extending along axial direction of rotor shaft 11 and disposed in circumferential direction at regular intervals, and permanent magnets 12 previously magnetized and installed on surface of rotor shaft 11 and between the adjacent guides 13, axial length of guide 13 is formed longer than that of region where permanent magnets 12 are installed, guide 13 is disposed on surface of rotor shaft 11 such that guide 13 projects toward both sides in axial direction from region where permanent magnets 12 are installed, and projection portions 13a, 13b projecting in axial direction from region where permanent magnets 12 are installed are fixed to rotor shaft 11.

  • Patent number: 9228678
Abstract: A door harness attaching structure includes: an opening provided on an inner panel of a hinge-open/close-type door; and a hole provided on an end wall at the hinge side of the inner panel. The opening is composed of a large main opening covered by a panel unit of a door module and a small sub opening continued to the main opening, notched toward the hole for attaching a grommet and covered by a cover member. A wiring harness of the door module includes: a harness portion projecting from the panel unit; and the grommet provided at a tip end of the harness portion and attached through the hole.

  • Patent number: 8497435
Abstract: A cable mounting structure for an electric apparatus is provided which ensures sealing properties, such as waterproof properties and dustproof properties, and which can effectively contribute to downsizing, while easing restrictions on the size of a connecting tool mounted on one end of a cable connected to an electric apparatus body. The cable mounting structure comprises a housing (10) for accommodating an electric apparatus body, a cable (11) connected to the electric apparatus body via a second connector (12) or the like, a grommet (20) mounted on the cable (11), a recessed housing section (15) provided in the housing (10), and a lid (30) for closing the recessed housing section. The recessed housing section is formed in a closed-bottomed tubular shape recessed inwardly of the housing.

  • Patent number: 6870347
Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system includes: 1) a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and 2) an inverter. The permanent magnet synchronous motor includes three phase terminals. A resonant frequency is generated between an inductance and a ground electrostatic capacitance which are measured between the following: a) one of the three phase terminals of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and b) a ground. The inverter drives the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The inverter generates a carrier frequency. The resonant frequency of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is free from a conformance with the carrier frequency of the inverter and is free from a proximity of the carrier frequency of the inverter.
