Abstract: A virtual resource information storing unit stores therein information on physical network device in which each virtual resource is arranged and a physical device information storing unit stores therein the number of remaining definitions of each of the physical network devices. When the device management unit is not able to add to a virtual resource arranged in a physical network device, the device management unit rearranges the virtual resource to another physical network device by using the virtual resource information storing unit and the physical device information storing unit.

Abstract: A device includes a memory which stores a program, and a processor which executes, based on the program, a procedure comprising deciding, based on maximum bandwidth information included in bandwidth setting information corresponding to a network device existing on a route between a physical server serving as an allocation destination candidate of a virtual machine and a gateway, maximum bandwidth information of the virtual machine, available bandwidth information of the network device, and hardware resource information of the physical server, and instructing a decided physical server to create the virtual machine.

Abstract: A connection request from a client is received to distribute one communication within a series of communications to any of a plurality of relay devices, which can relay the one communication, in correspondence with the connection request from the side of the client. Whether or not a connection corresponding to the series of communications is established is determined according to an identifier written in the request. If the connection is established, the requested communication is connected to a relay device as a relay destination of the established connection.

When access from a client has occurred, session specification information generating means generates a session ID specifying the session of this client, and supplies the generated session ID to definition information supply means and association information generating means. The association information generating means looks up the date and time generated by a timer to specify applicable definition information, and also generates association information that associates the definition information with the session ID, the association information being stored in association information storing means.

Abstract: A multiprocessor system has processors for processing distributed works, a monitoring facility for detecting an abnormality in any one of the processors, an administration facility for providing information about the abnormal processor and information about a redundant processor, and a work allocation facility for seeking the distributed works of the abnormal processor from a work table according to these pieces of information and allocating the sought works to given ones of the processors. The system includes an abnormality measures table that selectively describes measures to be taken for each of the distributed works against an abnormality. The work allocation facility determines, for each of the distributed works of the abnormal processor, a measure to be taken according to the abnormality measures table and allocates the distributed works of the abnormal processor to given ones of the processors.
