  • Publication number: 20230158764
Abstract: A tread part with a color line includes a tread part that is a rubber extruded shape having a predetermined cross-sectional shape and extending in an extrusion direction, and has a first main surface that constitutes an outer peripheral surface of a green tire in a tire radial direction when the tread part is wound in a cylindrical shape and a pair of opposing wall surfaces that extend in the extrusion direction on the first main surface and face each other in a left-right direction orthogonal to the extrusion direction, and color rubber extending in the extrusion direction between the pair of the opposing wall surfaces on the first main surface.

  • Publication number: 20210122127
Abstract: A tire manufacturing method comprises causing a bead member having a bead core region and a bead filler region to be wrapped cylindrically about the outer circumferential surface of a carcass ply member which is wrapped cylindrically about a drum, and causing an outer zone of the carcass ply member to be folded back upon itself by way of a folded region so as to envelop the bead member, the bead filler region comprises a first rubber region that is contiguous with the bead core region, and a second rubber region that is contiguous with the first rubber region, and when the bead member is wrapped about the outer circumferential surface of the carcass ply member, the second rubber region is already contiguous with the first rubber region.

  • Publication number: 20130248434
Abstract: Disclosed is a debris filter capable of reducing a pressure loss of coolant as it flows and capturing debris in the coolant. The debris filter includes bent plates, first plates, and second plates, all having respective same shapes, wherein each of the bent plates is composed of a first inclined strip-like plate and a second inclined strip-like plate. The bent plates are arranged parallel with each other, the bent plates and the first plates are fixed with each other so that the first plates intersect each first inclined plate, the bent plates and the second plates are fixed with each other so that the second plates intersect each second inclined plate, and the first plates does not touch the second plates.

  • Patent number: 5777275
Abstract: A printed circuit board includes first and second flat portions each including first and second sides for mounting a electrical elements. A bending portion joins the flat portions and bends to place the flat portions in a superposed state. A cutout having an elongate portion and an end portion is located in the bending portion. The end portion is substantially equal in width to the bending portion. The elongate portion is narrower than the bending portion. The elongate portion creates additional flat portions for mounting elements when the first and second flat portions are in the superposed state. The end portion is resistant to bending strain. The end portion may be circular, semi-circular, or another shape.

  • Patent number: 5288237
Abstract: A connector-supporting element of a main frame of an IC card and a sub-frame receive holding parts of a connector. The connector-supporting element has barriers having a height of at least one-half that of the holding parts for receiving the barriers and a force applied in the direction along bonded surfaces of the connector-supporting element and the sub-frame. Oblique surfaces are respectively provided on each of the barriers and there is a positional deviation in the parts.
