R is La only or La and at least one selected from a group made of Bi and rare earth elements. 0.14?x?0.22, 11.60?(12?y)×z?11.99, and 0.13?y×z?0.17 are satisfied. 0.500?Mc?0.710 is satisfied in which Mc is CaO content in mass % converted from a content of Ca included in the ferrite sintered magnet. 0.410?Ms?0.485 is satisfied in which Ms is SiO2 content in mass % converted from a content of Si included in the ferrite sintered magnet.

Abstract: Described herein is a technique capable of properly attaching a nozzle to a reaction tube. According to one aspect thereof, there is provided a nozzle installation jig including: a lower plate configured to make contact with a process vessel in a vicinity of a lower end opening of the process vessel in which a nozzle is provided; a frame fixed to the lower plate and extending upward with respect to the lower plate; an upper plate fixed to the frame and provided with a sensor configured to detect a position of the nozzle in the process vessel; and a notification device configured to transmit a notification to an operator according to a detection result of the sensor.

Abstract: A compressor body includes a compression mechanism including a screw rotor that compresses gas, a casing that accommodates the compression mechanism and defines a compression working chambers therein, a suction side bearing that rotatably supports the screw rotor, a bearing chamber that accommodates the suction side bearing, and a liquid supply port that communicates with the compression working chambers and supplies liquid supplied from the outside of the casing into the compression working chambers. The casing has an internal liquid supply flow path that extends from a discharge side of the compression working chambers as an upstream side to a suction side of the compression working chambers as a downstream side and that supplies the liquid to the liquid supply port. The internal liquid supply flow path has a downstream portion reaching the bearing chamber and supplies the liquid to the suction side bearing.

Abstract: An air filter element consists of an annularly arranged pleated filter medium having a plurality of radially extending pleats. Two sides or legs of each pleat are bonded to each other at the outer peripheral side to form an outer bonded section while one sides or legs of the adjacent pleats are bonded to each other at the inner peripheral side to form an inner bonded section, thereby forming a fluid path extending between the adjacent pleats along the length of each pleat. Additionally, outer and inner resilient seal members are so provided that a part of each outer bonded section is embedded in the outer seal member while a part of each inner bonded section is embedded in the inner sealing member.
