  • Patent number: 7819285
Abstract: In a counter mechanism of a feeding device, in each discrete feeding operation, an amount corresponding to single delivery unit of stored material is ejected and providing a simple construction and permitting the remaining amount of stored material in the device invisible from outside to be known by counting the number of delivered units of stored material. A counter mechanism of this invention comprises a fixed member (10) fixed to the body and having cam lobes formed in circumferential direction, a gear (20) having a count number display that can be monitored from the outside, a rotating member (40) being restricted to rotate either to a position in the rotating direction to allow feeding of a single delivery unit and a position to preventing feeding of the stored material, a ring member (30) which can rotates in interlock with the rotating motion of the rotating member and comprises a resiliently deformable cam follower having a jaw formed at a predetermined position in circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 6525667
Abstract: Panel units (24a to 24d) continuing an operation indicating panel (20) each have a rectangular surface S with length and width each being substantially an integral multiple of a predetermined reference size (L). The panel units (24a and 24d) are placed so that their surfaces S may be adjacent to one another. A whole surface (AS) consisting of the surfaces S of all the panel units (24a to 24d) is formed in a rectangular shape with length and width each being substantially an integral multiple of the predetermined reference size (L). The arrangement and the like of the panel units (24a to 24d) can be easily changed.

  • Patent number: 6437774
Abstract: In a display and input device (CP) displaying information on a display (DP) and performing changing of the information and communication through switch operating means (CSW1), the switch operating means (CSW1) are arranged on the left and right edges of the display (DP), opaque members among members forming the switch operating means (CSW1) are arranged outside the screen of the display (DP), and only transparent members are arranged on the display (DP). Thus, a switch operation can be performed while recognizing functions of the switch operating means (CSW1) and the switch operating means (CSW1) having the stroke feeling and click feeling of a mechanical switch so that an operating environment having excellent operability and implementing reliable input can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 6288352
Abstract: A push-button switch provided with a hollow push button, a case supporting it, and a switching mechanism having a first contact disposed within the case and a second contact disposed opposite to the first contact, with one of its ends being inserted into a hole of the push button. Within a hole formed in an inserted section of the switching mechanism, a slide block is provided slidably in a direction crossing the direction in which the push button is pushed. A slope capable of engaging with a slope of the hole of the push button is formed on the slide block. A coil spring (return spring) for energizing a shaft of the switching mechanism so as to abut the push button is provided on the bottom of the case. This configuration enables the push button to take up a first OFF state, an ON state and a second OFF state in order of depression.

  • Patent number: 5977888
Abstract: A touch panel (4) and an operation part (30) are provided on display means (2). A permanent magnet (52) is mounted on a push button (32), and a magnetic metal plate (58) is mounted on a support frame (36). When the push button (32) starts to be pushed down toward the touch panel (4), the push button (32) moves toward the touch panel (4) against magnetic attractive force of the permanent magnet (52) and the magnetic metal plate (58), and an operation forward end part (46) operates a touch switch (4a). Stroke feeling results from this movement. Further, the aforementioned magnetic attractive force abruptly reduces in an initial period of this movement, and an operator of the push button (32) can attain click feeling. Since the stroke feeling and the click feeling are caused in the operation of the push button (32), operability is improved while making the best use of such an advantage that the touch panel (4) is of a thin type.
