  • Publication number: 20150268809
Abstract: The present invention provides an information processing apparatus capable of preventing the occurrence of the wagon wheel effect during scrolling of displayed contents. A CPU displays a list of a plurality of contents in a predetermined display area on the display via a display control unit. The CPU receives an operation for performing inertial scrolling on the contents displayed on the display in the display area via an input unit and a touch panel. Upon reception of an operation, the CPU performs inertial scrolling on the contents in the display area while updating the contents at predetermined time intervals, in response to the operation received at the touch panel. In this case, the CPU controls an amount of scroll movement of the contents for each of the predetermined time intervals to be equal to or less than a height of one row of the list of contents.

  • Publication number: 20140149923
Abstract: An information processing apparatus cyclically scrolls contents displayed on a predetermined display area when a user operation on a touch panel for scrolling a part of contents displayed on the display area is detected among a plurality of contents. The scrolling is stopped or decelerated when the boundary of the plurality of contents has been scrolled up to an end of the display area.

  • Publication number: 20130321474
Abstract: An information processing apparatus for improving operability when a content is scroll-displayed by an operation for scrolling such as a flick operation. The information processing apparatus displays a plurality of contents in a predetermined display area, and scroll-displays the contents according to an instruction to perform the scroll display. When a press of a button displayed outside the display area has been detected, processing corresponding to the pressed button is performed if the scroll display is not being performed, and is not performed if the scroll display is being performed.
