  • Patent number: 8783521
Abstract: A flexible and restorable container main body for housing a medicinal solution. A stopper member is fixed in an inside of a medicinal solution passage that communicates with the container main body for discharging the medicinal solution when the container main body is pressed and deformed. A pressure valve is arranged in the medicinal solution passage at a downstream side in the medicinal solution discharge direction further than the stopper member and is formed with an opening having a circular cross section which contacts a tip portion of the stopper member. A biasing member is provided at a downstream side for biasing the pressure valve in a direction opposite to the medicinal solution discharge direction by abutting against a peripheral portion of the opening of the pressure valve.

  • Publication number: 20090318883
Abstract: A liquid delivery container comprises a bag 2 which is disposed in a container body 1 to contain a liquid and can expand and shrink or deform freely, a delivery port 3 communicating with the bag 2 and having an outlet hole 31 for discharging the liquid contained in the bag 2, a squeeze portion 6 which is disposed between the delivery port 3 and the bag 2 and is capable of deforming to discharge the liquid through the delivery port when pressed and is restorable, and the check valve 5 disposed on the upstream of the squeeze portion 6 in the discharging direction and regulating the flow of the liquid contained in the bag 2 in one way toward the squeeze portion. When the squeeze portion 6 is pressed, the liquid is discharged through the delivery port 3, and when the pressure is removed, the squeeze portion 6 restores the original shape and at the same time sucks up the liquid from the bag 2.

  • Patent number: 5582051
Abstract: This flaw-removal device prevents overlooking of flaws in the automatic flaw-cutting process by rectifying the twist of a wire-shaped metal drawn from a cannon-shaped wire supply stand, further promoting efficiency in removing remaining flaws by applying the automatic flaw-cutting process and removing the uncut flaws by hand. In this invention, a twist-rectifying drum 3 is installed in front of a flaw-detecting device 4. It then becomes possible to rectify the twisting of the wire-shaped metal by winding the wire-shaped metal installed on a cannon-shaped wire supply stand around the twist-rectifying drum in a length longer than one turn of the coiled wire-shaped metal so that the wire-shaped metal is freely mounted on the drum. It also becomes possible to remove an uncut flaw by hand by installing a flaw-check and removal site 10 having a specified span between drawing dies 8 and a wire-drawing drum 9, and by stopping the portion of the wire-shaped metal having uncut flaws at the site 10.
