Abstract: Gas flow control apparatus that includes a gas flow control unit having a gas flow adjusting capability and a gas closing capability of selectively opening and closing a gas. A stepping motor is used for driving the gas flow control unit. A drive control unit is provided for controlling the stepping motor. The gas flow control unit is capable of adjusting the gas flow in multiple stages by selectively opening and closing one of a plurality of gas flow adjusting holes and also capable of varying the gas flow in multiple stages by selectively opening and closing one of the plural gas flow adjusting holes according to a number of pulses of the stepping motor.

Abstract: A gas heating cooker to be used as a grill or an oven, wherein the blow-off air current of the blowing apparatus blows along the flames of the lower burner to get the hot current to reach far, so that the heating chamber becomes superwide enough to allow a lot of cooking, with the result that the heating operation may be effected with uniform heat distribution in the full face of the heating chamber, and a superior cooking property from even cooking is provided.

Abstract: A hot-air circulation type cooking appliance comprising a partition plate separating a heating chamber from a compartment storing a fan. The partition plate is provided with hot air blow-out ports divided into right and left groups, a control wall for controlling the blowing direction of hot air is provided adjacent the hot air blow-out ports while a bypass passage for hot air continuous with the control wall is provided to set the blowing direction of hot air substantially to the middle of the heating chamber so as to avoid differences in temperature between the middle and peripheral regions of the heating chamber. The invention is particularly effective for multistage cooking.
