  • Publication number: 20200352648
Abstract: An abnormality detection system for highly precise detection of an abnormality in a laser treatment device includes a laser transmission tube coupled with a laser treatment unit, oscillating laser light, a discharge-side water pressure sensor, and a water pressure detection liquid surface level meter detecting a change in a pressure of cooling water flowing through forward-direction and a backward-direction spaces in the laser transmission tube. The laser transmission tube includes a hollow wavelength path having a lightguide space formed in a longitudinal direction, and an outer case enclosing an outer circumferential surface of the hollow waveguide path and extending in the longitudinal direction. The discharge-side water pressure sensor and the water pressure detection liquid surface level meter detect the change in the pressure of the cooling water flowing through in a forward-direction space and a backward-direction space to detect any abnormality.

  • Patent number: 8161148
Abstract: Upon no completion of setting of a user ID and a password to be sent to a PPPoE server, in response to reception of a DNS request from a client, a communication device of the invention sends back a unique LAN IP address, which is allocated to the communication device, as a DNS reply to the client, regardless of the contents of the DNS request. The client then sends an HTTP request to the received LAN IP address, and the communication device sends back a Web page for entry of the user name and the password as an HTTP response to the client. The Web page for entry of the user ID and the password is displayed on an active Web browser of the client. This arrangement enables the user to readily complete setting for communication in the communication device.

  • Publication number: 20100194349
Abstract: The router device acquires detected temperature T from a thermistor provided inside the battery box containing secondary battery that provide the power supply, and if the detected temperature T is not smaller than a threshold value Th1, produces flashing display of an LED to alert the user. If the detected temperature T is not smaller than a threshold value Th2 additionally, supply of power to the CPU of the router device is subsequently interrupted. In this way, in a router device powered by a secondary battery, diminished functionality of the secondary battery due to elevated temperature may be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20100199079
Abstract: The router device is able to use either battery power or a commercial power supply, and when using battery power detects battery voltage and indicates the level of battery voltage with an LED. When the router device is using battery power, writing of the firmware is disabled. Further, writing of settings information write is disabled when battery voltage goes below a second threshold value; and supply of power to the CPU is subsequently interrupted when battery voltage goes below a first threshold value. In this way the router device of the invention avoids problems occurring due to a drop in battery voltage when using battery power.

  • Patent number: 7742602
Abstract: The invention intends to achieve new additions of terminals that use a wireless LAN with a simple process, while preventing leakage of data indicating cipher keys. The access point is notified of the cipher systems adaptable to the terminals. The access point narrows the cipher systems adaptable to itself, sets the cipher keys and notifies them, and also determines the station IDs for the cipher keys each. Thereafter, when the access point modifies the cipher systems based on the security policy, the access point adopts the station IDs corresponding to the cipher systems each. Therefore, the terminals specify the cipher systems based on the station IDs, and perform wireless communications by using the cipher keys notified in advance.
