  • Patent number: 10138928
Abstract: A turning member includes a pair of projecting shafts projecting coaxially in a shaft wall member formed in both right and left end portions of a shaft member. The turning member further includes a projecting portion projecting on a tip face of the projecting shaft, wherein a diameter is reduced relative to the projecting shaft. Usually, the projecting shaft is received in a bearing hole of a base member, so that the turning member is axially supported on the base member. When an unexpected external force is applied to the turning member, the projecting shaft is disengaged from the bearing hole so as to absorb an impact, thereby preventing damage to members, and the projecting portion engages the bearing hole and is held in a state received in the bearing hole, thereby preventing the turning member from dropping out.
