  • Patent number: 5056734
Abstract: An automatic winder is provided with a tension sensor for detecting the tension of travelling yarn in each winding unit and a tensor for controlling the tension of yarn in accordance with a yarn tension variation signal provided from the tension sensor, to thereby eliminate the variation of yarn tension.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 26, 1989
Date of Patent: October 15, 1991
    Assignee: Murata Kikai Kabushiki Kaisha
Inventors: Hiroshi Uchida, Toshio Yamauchi, Yoshiyuki Ichiba
  • Patent number: 4830296
Abstract: In an automatic winder having a plurality of winding units, a tension sensor for detecting the tension of yarn is provided in a yarn travelling path extending between a yarn feed side bobbin and a take-up side package. A take-up controller for controlling the yarn take-up rate in accordance with a signal provided from the tension sensor may be provided to the winding unit.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 29, 1987
Date of Patent: May 16, 1989
    Assignee: Murata Kikai Kabushiki Kaisha

  • Patent number: 4673138
Abstract: An apparatus for preventing scatter of fly in a winder having a plurality of winding units where a yarn is unwound from a yarn feeding bobbin and is taken-up on a take-up package. A first cover member for covering the yarn feeding bobbin unwound at a winding unit and a second cover member for covering a tenser portion are provided with each winding unit.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 26, 1986
Date of Patent: June 16, 1987
    Assignee: Murata Kikai Kabushiki Kaisha
    Inventor: Yoshiyuki Ichiba
  • Patent number: 4601434
Abstract: An apparatus for transporting a package doffed by a spinning frame to a winder. Packages are independently transported on a package supply conveyor by means of a peg tray which includes a guide member for securing thereto an end of a yarn extracted from the package. The package carrying tray is delivered to a frictionless inclined pathway and proceeds under its own weight to a winding position adjacent a winding unit.
    Type: Grant
