Abstract: To provide, in relation to a dye-sensitized solar cell, an inexpensive photovoltaic film material which can solve problems arising from usage of a sensitizing dye comprising an organic substance; and a solar cell having the photovoltaic film. A photovoltaic film 30 comprises photocatalyst-coated particles which include inorganic material particles, titanium dioxide particles coated on the surface of the inorganic material particles, and lithium particles attached to the inorganic material particles and/or the titanium dioxide particles.

Abstract: It is an object to provide a coating agent and a paint, which enable sufficient exhibition of the capability of a photocatalyst such as the capability to decompose an organic substance or the like; particularly, sufficient exhibition of the capability on a thin coating film.

Abstract: A stabilized halogen-containing resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of a halogenated polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of at least one member selected from a perchloric acid-containing hydrotalcite compound and perchloric acid salt, and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a hydrotalcite compound prepared by removing crystal water therefrom under heat. The stabilized, halogen-containing resin composition is excellent in heat stability and gives molded articles free from deterioration in color tone.

Abstract: A halogen-containing resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of a halogen-containing resin, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a hydrotalcite, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a perchloric acid ion-containing hydrotalcite, and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of at least one member selected from a .beta.-diketone compound, an organic acid metal salt and an organic tin compound, the resin composition being thermally stabilized against heat treatment and sun light and being improved in antistatic properties.
